Hokey Pokey Ice Cream

60g (2½oz) soft brown sugar
2tbsp golden syrup
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
450ml (¾pint) double cream
one 400g can condensed milk
one 142ml carton single cream

I just make the caramel / honeycomb and then chuck it all in the ice cream maker , simples .
