Hong Kong is good. I ditn’t have enough time (only 3days) to eather love it or hate it, but I think I will love it to visit. I just remembered I went OZ bar in Hong Kong. I can’t remember where though.
I was saddened by the sheer number of Sharks Fins that seemed to be everywhere.
Because of the way they are harvested and in the numbers and there seems to be no demand for it , so why fin sharks ?
Singapore Noodles could have done with some more spice maybe a little ginger even but there was no Szechwan pepper in the recipe that’s a fact.
Don’t talk about food. makes me hungry.
